Dining at Its Finest
Indulge in delicious meals at the Grandote Steakhouse, where every bite is crafted with care. From savory lunches to signature prime rib dinners, we cater to your cravings:
- Lunch: 11 AM to 4 PM
- Dinner: Starts at 5 PM, Monday through Saturday
On Sundays, enjoy classic bar food favorites like wings, fries, and pizzas. Don’t forget to order your meal to-go by calling 719-999-2006. Looking for pizza? While the Grandote Pizzeria is closed for the season, you can still enjoy your favorite slices from the steakhouse.

GRANDOTE LODGE
Lodging
Grandote Lodge is ready to host your group of up to 12 guests and parties are allowed. We can rent the lodge out for just a few people or for a whole group, so contact us at 719-999-2006 for rates. The lodge is located right across the street from the golf course and pizzeria and a short walk from the gas station, hardware store, and convenience store.
GRANDOTE RV PARK
Lodging
Grandote purchased the Elk Valley property in 2023, and will re-open the RV park in April of 2024 in time for the golf and tourist season. Additionally, we hope to be adding cabins for seasonal employee housing or tourist housing. The RV Park is next to the Cuchara River with a beautiful view of the golf course and Spanish Peaks.
GRANDOTE HOUSING
Homes for Sale
Grandote Development Company will start construction on the first two homes on Lots A and B by spring of 2024. The homes are 1500 SF, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage homes with a front and back patio. These homes will sell for approximately $500k. Interested parties should click below for the price list and available lots for sale.

- Event Center: Perfect for weddings, conferences, and celebrations, accommodating up to 150 guests.
- Pole Barn: Coming soon for rustic weddings and Western-themed events.
